Everything in my life is noise.
Looking at the ocean erases the entirety of it all. Despite being surrounded by a cacophony of rushing waves, lapping against the shoreline, all I hear is silence within.
And as I gaze at the horizon, the simplicity of it all clears my mind and I am able to find myself again.
